Nature of service

FORENSICA provides narrative-analysis assistance for user-selected text in Google Docs. The service is intended to support structured interpretation, document review, teaching, research, and related analysis workflows.

No professional or factual guarantee

FORENSICA does not guarantee factual verification, truth determination, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, official verification, or professional judgment. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

Plan and unit model

FORENSICA access is based on usage units. Each analysis consumes a number of units depending on the user’s tier.

• SCOUT: free/default onboarding access, 5 monthly units, 1 unit per analysis, 5 included analyses;
• LOGIC: $29/month, 200 monthly units, 2 units per analysis, 100 included analyses;
• TRACE: $79/month, 800 monthly units, 4 units per analysis, 200 included analyses;
• STRAT: $149/month, 2400 monthly units, 8 units per analysis, 300 included analyses.

Included monthly units

Included monthly units are plan allowances and do not roll over. They reset according to the applicable usage or billing cycle. Included units are consumed before purchased extra units unless the product configuration later states otherwise.

SCOUT Starter Pack

SCOUT is the free/default onboarding tier and does not include standard customer-support entitlement. If implemented later, SCOUT users may purchase one Starter Pack per month. The Starter Pack adds 20 SCOUT units for $9. Starter Pack units expire 30 days after purchase, do not roll over, and do not upgrade SCOUT to LOGIC.

Paid-tier Extra Units

If implemented later, LOGIC, TRACE, and STRAT users may purchase paid-tier Extra Unit bundles. Paid-tier Extra Units are priced at $0.20 per unit and may be offered in 100, 250, and 500 unit bundles. Paid-tier Extra Units expire 12 months after purchase.

Extra units do not change tier

Extra units increase available usage capacity only. They do not change subscription tier, feature access, input limits, analysis depth, support level, renewal status, or billing status. SCOUT + Starter Pack remains SCOUT. LOGIC + Extra Units remains LOGIC. TRACE + Extra Units remains TRACE. STRAT + Extra Units remains STRAT.

Support entitlement

SCOUT includes self-service help only and does not include standard customer support. FORENSICA may still provide contact options for privacy, legal, security, account-access, or Starter Pack payment issues. LOGIC, TRACE, and STRAT include standard customer support.

Billing handled externally

Payments are handled externally through Stripe-hosted checkout or another authorized billing-management flow. FORENSICA does not collect card details inside the Google Docs add-on.

No automatic activation from checkout alone

Checkout completion does not automatically change FORENSICA access inside the add-on. Paid access will follow the subscription-access process prepared for launch.

Cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions should be cancelled through the authorized billing-management process. Cancellation does not automatically delete stored reports and does not automatically refund consumed usage.

Consumed units are generally non-refundable. Payment errors, duplicate charges, unused paid access, or legally required refunds may be reviewed case by case. If a refund is issued for unused paid Extra Units, the corresponding unused units may be removed.

Support codes and goodwill adjustments

Support codes, goodwill adjustments, and support adjustments are not payment instruments, subscription changes, plan upgrades, subscription repairs, or billing corrections. They do not replace Stripe billing records and do not change the user’s subscription tier.

Acceptable use

Users should use FORENSICA lawfully and responsibly. The service should not be used to generate harmful, deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or rights-violating outputs.

Availability and changes

Features, plans, prices, unit allowances, and availability may change as the product develops. Public paid launch should use finalized legal terms.
